Houston's Downtown District wanted to close the gap between a vibrant urban environment and the people who hadn't discovered it yet. To do that, we built a UGC campaign around the people who already loved it—pairing real quotes about their favorite Downtown experiences with custom illustrations full of personality. The result felt less like a brand campaign and more like a love letter to the city, written by the city itself.
