In 2022, I spearheaded the copy development for Ready to Work, a dynamic initiative designed to connect employers with job seekers seeking meaningful employment, both virtually and in person. The coalition empowered job seekers through valuable resources, including free resume reviews, comprehensive interview preparation, engaging hiring fairs, and an exciting sweepstakes. The campaign achieved surpsassed expecations, generating over 205,000 job postings, engaging 49,000+ employers, and extending its reach to more than 9,000 cities nationwide.

My core responsibilities and creative output included:

  • Brand Identity: Developing the compelling name, memorable taglines, and inspiring manifesto that defined the Ready to Work initiative.

  • Multi-Channel Content: Crafting engaging copy for a wide range of digital, social media, and Out-of-Home (OOH) assets to maximize campaign visibility and impact.

  • Dedicated Web Presence: Creating all website copy, ensuring a clear, user-friendly experience for both job seekers and employers.

  • Collaborative Review: Providing strategic copy feedback and ensuring brand consistency across all external communications developed by partner agencies.
