Ready to Work

Ready to Work was a 360 campaign connecting job seekers on the hunt for better work with vetted employers who were ready to hire. Through resume reviews, interview prep workshops, and hiring fairs across the country, we gave candidates real tools to land meaningful work. We also threw in a sweepstakes with Lyft, Dunkin' Donuts, Care.com, and other fun brands, because finding a job shouldn't be all work and no reward.

The campaign reached 5.2 million+ job seekers, generated 205,000+ job postings, and engaged 49,000+ employers.
