I spearheaded copy development for Ready to Work, a national campaign designed to connect employers with job seekers seeking meaningful employment, both virtually and in person. The coalition empowered job seekers through valuable resources, including free resume reviews, comprehensive interview preparation, engaging hiring fairs, and an exciting sweepstakes. The campaign surpassed expectations, generating over 205,000 job postings, engaging 49,000+ employers, and extending its reach to more than 9,000 cities nationwide.
My core responsibilities included:
Brand Identity: Developed the name and manifesto that defined the Ready to Work initiative.
Digital & Social Content: Crafted copy for a wide range of digital, social media (IG, FB, TT) , and OOH assets to maximize campaign visibility and impact.
Landing Page Copy: Created all website copy, ensuring a clear, user-friendly experience for both job seekers and employers.
Copy Review: Provided strategic copy feedback to agency partners, reinforcing brand consistency.
